Tracey Hayward joined WR Partners in 2000 as the Financial Controller, overseeing the firms internal accounting functions along with taking charge of the Payroll Bureau. In 2018, driven by company growth and a vision for enhanced payroll services, she became Director of Payroll Services.
Her primary goal is to provide exceptional experiences for both clients and employees. Tracey diligently stays ahead of legislative updates, ensuring that deadlines are met and clients maintain full payroll compliance.
One of Tracey’s significant achievements includes integrating acquisitions into the WR Payroll Bureau seamlessly. She takes pride in nurturing client relationships and forming strong bonds through effective communication and problem-solving. Tracey is passionate about the future of the Payroll Bureau and is dedicated to the continuous development of herself and her team. She envisions a future where the bureau remains agile and capable of providing outstanding service to our clientele.
