Strengthening the Landed Estates Team at WR Partners

WR Partners is pleased to highlight key developments within our Landed Estates Team, reinforcing the expertise and leadership available to our Estates and Rural clients. This includes the promotion of Lucinda Davenport to Landed Estates Director.
Lucinda joined WR Partners in July 2024, bringing previous experience at Partnership level and extensive knowledge across Estates and Equestrian clients, together with specialist expertise in trusts. In her new role, she continues to lead her team while developing client relationships and contributing to the strategic direction of the Landed Estates Team. Her promotion recognises both her technical expertise and her leadership capabilities.
With over 15 years at the firm, Tim Taylor continues to provide guidance and expert service to his clients as Landed Estates Director. Together with Sarah Davies, recently promoted to Partner, Lucinda and Tim form a strong leadership trio, combining sector knowledge with a clear commitment to delivering tailored solutions for Landed Estates clients.
The Landed Estates Team has a long history of supporting farmers, landowners and rural enterprises, offering guidance on succession planning, inheritance tax, trusts, and diversification strategies. These leadership appointments ensure the team continues to grow, providing stability and confidence for clients navigating complex challenges.
