WR Partners Achieves Prestigious IIC Gold Award and “A Company That Cares” Recognition

WR Partners has proudly achieved both the Gold Award and A Company That Cares Award from Investor in Customers (IIC), in recognition of our ongoing commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.

IIC, an independent authority in customer experience and recognition, praised the achievement, with Managing Director Tony Barritt stating:

At the heart of this success lies a deeply rooted dedication to putting people first, both our employees and our clients.

One of the standout qualities highlighted by the IIC assessment is WR Partners’ structured and transparent approach to capturing client feedback.

“We actively listen to our clients through personal engagement, reviews, and, in recent years, regular surveys, using this input to shape continuous improvement,” Paul added.

“Feedback isn’t just collected; it’s analysed, acted upon, and used to refine our services and communications, creating a responsive and agile client experience.”

For example, following feedback from our first client survey, we implemented a new telephony system to make it easier for clients to contact individual team members directly, ensuring queries are dealt with as efficiently as possible.

To further embed this approach, client experience training centred on the principle of putting yourself in the client’s shoes is now delivered firm-wide and forms an integral part of induction for all new starters. Our aim is that every interaction is seamless, effortless, and leaves clients feeling valued at every touchpoint.
