Fundraising & Donations
We contribute financially to causes that matter most across our regions, whether that’s charity football, netball and rounders matches, walks or supporting the campaigns of the organisations we care about.
Volunteering
Our ‘Make a Difference’ days enable our team to actively give their time to local projects, events, and community initiatives throughout the year. Getting stuck in is part of who we are.
Raising Awareness
We use our networks and platforms to highlight important causes and initiatives, encouraging engagement across our communities in Shropshire, Cheshire, and Wales.
Health & Wellbeing
We have trained mental health first aiders across the firm and provide access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) through Medicash, giving our team confidential support whenever they need it. We also run regular wellbeing workshops covering topics like stress management, ADHD awareness, because wellbeing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Beyond that, our SMART working policy gives people genuine flexibility in how and where they work, we run a cycle-to-work scheme, and we sponsor adrenalin sports events with free staff places and keep a team running club going all year round.
Business Community Sponsorship & Support
We believe thriving local businesses are the backbone of our regions. That’s why we host free Business Leader Groups across Shropshire, Cheshire, and Mid-Wales, and sponsor key business awards in Shropshire, Cheshire, Wrexham, Powys, and the farming and rural community, giving businesses the recognition, connections, and support they deserve.
Partnerships
We collaborate with community organisations, charities, and local groups to pool our expertise and amplify the positive impact we can make together. We also offer work experience placements across our offices in Shropshire, Cheshire, and Wales, opening doors for young people who want to understand what a career in accountancy and business looks like.
