The New Business Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the conversion of inbound leads, building relationships with new enquiries, and ensuring a seamless transition to the onboarding team. The role also involves networking to generate new business opportunities and collaborating with internal teams, including the marketing team and Business Development Manager, to enhance client experience and drive growth.
