Tim Lunt is a seasoned accountant with a diverse background in the financial sector. With roots tracing back to several accountancy firms in Oswestry, Tim joined WR Partners in 2008.
Initially specialising in charity and not-for-profit accounts, Tim transitioned to the Property Management team in 2012. As a senior manager within WR Partners’ Property Management Team, Tim oversees the firm’s extensive portfolios of residential service charge accounts and the residential management company accounts. His role involves providing invaluable assistance to managing agents and RMC directors, ensuring their year-end accounting obligations are met precisely and efficiently.
A proud member of The Property Institute, Tim’s dedication to his field is underscored by his passion for residential service charge accounts. Tim is ACCA qualified, and is a trusted advisor in the realm of property management.
