With over two decades of expertise as a qualified accountant, Neil Holtschke has consistently demonstrated a keen understanding of intricate financial landscapes. Beginning his career at WR in 2000, Neil’s journey has developed to focus on transactional complexities, particularly in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and due diligence.
Earning his ACCA qualification in 2006, Neil’s early roles at WR involved steering the financial strategies of SMEs and meticulously managing the accounting and tax affairs of diverse corporate clients. He then joined the audit team, where his knowledge was underscored by his ability to navigate complexities within the financial domain.
Neil has since specialised and joined the Business Advisory team, which marked a pivotal phase, and his expertise in transactional intricacies truly flourished. Neil’s involvement in significant M&A projects and due diligence exercises strengthened his skill set, offering him unique insights into the multifaceted dynamics of business sales, acquisitions, and comprehensive financial assessments.
Throughout his career, Neil has showcased versatility in his interactions with diverse clientele, encompassing SMEs, larger corporate entities, and charitable organisations. This multifaceted exposure has granted him a well-rounded perspective, enabling him to tailor his guidance to meet the unique needs of different entities.
Neil holds qualifications from the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). His ACCA certification in business valuation further solidifies his proficiency in accurately assessing a business’s value.
