Leading our People and Culture Team; Natalie is passionate about implementing modern HR practices across the business. Sitting on the Executive Board, she actively encourages strategies that will enable both our business and its employees to achieve great results.
Having worked in HR for over 10 years and within a range of challenging environments including; the public, private and not-for-profit sectors; Natalie has gained extensive HR and people management experience.
Natalie joined WR Partners in 2016 and is responsible for the People and Culture Team, ensuring that all policies and procedures are not only up-to-date but are implemented to ensure they support business objectives.
