Charlie’s proficiency extends across a diverse range of industries. He is a tax specialist, advising owner managed businesses, large groups and partnerships. His extensive background positions him to offer tailored solutions to various taxation challenges.
Within his areas of expertise, Charlie has advised on sell-side and buy-side arrangements, restructures, capital disposals and realisations. His expertise also includes guiding clients through intricate tax relief processes, including R&D, Patent Box, and capital allowance claims.
A pivotal highlight of Charlie’s career includes advising a client on acquiring a division from a listed company, amounting to £3.5 million. Recognised for his dedication to his craft, Charlie holds ACCA and CTA qualifications. His contributions are reflected in his qualifications, written contributions to Taxation magazine and engaging presentations on tax issues.
