WR Partners’ Helen Spencer takes the hot seat on SBLTV’s Ask the Expert

WR Partner’s Managing Partner, Helen Spencer, shared her expert knowledge on the latest episode of Shropshire Business Live TV (SBLTV) that aired last Thursday, 26th November at 12:30pm.
The show was hosted by Carl Jones from Shropshire Business Magazine and Chris Pritchard, editor of Shropshire Live and featured a mixture of news, on location interviews, expert advice and analysis.
Just over three months ago, at the start of September WR Partners acquired Howard Worth, a Cheshire-based Chartered Accountants, in a move that underlines its ongoing and ambitious growth strategy. This was at the top of Chris’s list of topics to discuss with Helen, he was keen to understand how the firm overcame the challenges it faced whilst acquiring a new business at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Helen, who has a background in HR, explained more about how communication has been at the forefront of the firm’s activities in recent months and how important it has been to ensure vital information reached employees and clients alike. Under Helen’s leadership and by developing a great culture, the business can look ahead positively to the future, ready to thrive in a post Coronavirus world.
