Excellence Amplified: James Clark’s Promotion and the Evolution of our Tax Offering

We have enhanced our tax advisory business with the appointment of James Clark to the position of Tax Partner. James’s journey to partnership demonstrates the values and ethos of WR Partners and is a testament to his dedication and expertise in the field.
James’s illustrious career at WR Partners began in 2004, and over the past two decades, he has consistently displayed exceptional tax expertise and unwavering enthusiasm for his work. With memberships in both the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a first-class honours degree in Applied Accounting, his commitment to excellence set the stage for his eventual promotion to Partner in 2023.
His promotion in April marked a significant milestone in his career and signified WR Partners’ dedication to nurturing talent and recognising exceptional contributions.
James has not only excelled in his role as a Partner but has been instrumental in driving the growth of the Tax Consultancy offering at WR Partners.
Since James’ time as Tax Partner, the tax consultancy team has expanded with three recruits, each contributing unique expertise to elevate the firm’s offerings:
Freya Webb: A recent graduate, Freya’s addition to the team reflects WR Partners’ commitment to training and nurturing fresh talent. Freya is an Oxford law graduate who will support the team with projects, whilst continuing to study for further qualifications in the field.
R&D Consultant: The welcome of Roger Bramall, a specialist with over three decades of experience in the innovation space, enhances WR Partners’ capabilities in research and development tax services, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of expertise.
IHT & Trust Specialist: Graham Bevan strengthens our firm’s capacity to provide comprehensive advice on inheritance tax and trust-related matters.
