Duo of Successful Transactions aided by Tax Consultancy Team

The tax consultancy team at WR Partners has used their expertise to help two businesses complete complex transactions in recent months.
The Translation People, a language services provider, has completed a management buy-out. The business, established over 40 years ago, has offices based in the UK as well and in Europe. Tax consultants from WR Partners worked with the vendors to review the share purchase agreement and completing shareholders tax planning advice.
The Morris Group has sold six of their care homes located in Shropshire and Cheshire to Impact Healthcare REIT Plc. WR Partners advised the Morris Group on various areas of the sale, including reviewing the share purchase agreement, assessing tax liabilities arising from the sale and reviewing potential VAT recovery on professional fees incurred throughout the deal.
