Grants for English Farmers – Now Open

The Countryside Productivity Small Grant Scheme (Round 3) is now open for applications.
The Grant scheme provides funding to purchase equipment to improve on-farm productivity. An online application process is available and is targeted at supporting investment for specific pieces of agricultural equipment.
Funding of £25 million has been set aside for Round 3 (the final round) and applications are now open, whereby Farmers can request a grant of between £3,000 and £12,000 towards the costs of new and innovative equipment which helps businesses save time, money and improve productivity. The funding is not without conditions, but it may provide an appropriate boost for farming investment.
Rounds one and two of this funding enabled £35 million to be allocated to farmers in those scheme, with Round three taking the total funding made available under the scheme to £60 million.
